Aakriti Mittal is practising Advocate with experience in High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals. She developed her passion for law in early years of life, completed her L.L.M. in Criminology from the National Law University, Delhi and L.L.B. from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. She has worked extensively in Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, Constitutional Law and Service Laws matters. Her experience includes legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, advising clients in their legal matters and drawing up legal documents. She has prior experience in drafting and negotiating the terms of Employment agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and other commercial Contracts. She also works in fields of Banking and Insurance Laws, Educational Laws and Administrative Laws.
